St. Cecilia Altar Guild is overseeing this project in Harper. We could use your help. We need rolls of gift wrap, scotch tape, gift bags and boxes. (No gift bags) Bring your donations to the basement at the church by Sunday Dec 4th. Cash donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

It is time to sign up if your student is wanting to be in the Christmas play. Please contact Anna Ruth. Parts will be cast on Nov. 15th. The play will be Sunday, Dec. 11th.

If you are n 6th Grade or older and would like to receive the sacrament of confirmation, there will be a sign up sheet in the back of each church. Please sign up. See bulletin for contact information.

RCIA will begin in September! Contact the parish office or Fr. Bob.

There will be no daily mass. Father will out of town on retreat. If you need anything contact the Parish Office.

July 31st at 1 pm through August 1st at 1 pm in St. Patrick Church in Harper, we will be having a 24 hour adoration for the intention of Voting for Pro-Live on August 2nd. The closing will have Solemn Benediction and the Holy Eucharist. We need at least 2 people to sign up for every hour. You will find a spreadsheet at the back of the church at each mass this weekend.

Novena to last from July 1st thru Aug. 2nd. There is a diocesan wide novena you are invited to participate in. Daily Pray the Rosary, Chaplet of Divine Mercy and Novena Prayer Below. Go to Confession at the beginning of the Novena. Attend Mass as often as possible. Offer your Holy Communions. Fast on Wed. and Fri. Accept and Offer Up Sufferings God sends you. And pray the Father Kapaun prayer: Fr. Emil Kapaun gave glory to God by following his call to the priesthood and thus serving the people of Kansas and those in the military. Fr. Kapaun, I ask your intercession not only for these needs which I mention now: Pass the Value Them Both Amendment...but that I too may follow your example of service to God and my neighbor. For the gifts of courage in battle and perseverance of faith, we give you thanks O Lord. (Recite one Our Father, one Hail Mary, and one Glory Be.)

Totus Tuus Sign up!!! It's summertime and it's time to get ready for Totus Tuus. Please sign up this weekend. There will be a table set up outside of Mass at each location. Please stop by and sign your student up. Mark your calendar for the week of July 31 through Aug. 5th. Public transportation bus will be available to transport Harper students to Anthony and back to Harper in the afternoon, but we MUST have a permission slip signed before they get on the bus. If you are interested in feeding the teachers one of the evenings, please let Anna Ruth know. Also, any adult that would like to be a Totus Tuus kitchen helper we would love to have you join us!

The annual Lifesaver Sunday collection, administered by the Knights of Columbus, is the major fundraiser for A Better Choice (ABC) a Catholic pregnancy resource center in Wichita. While ABC is an important Diocesan partner, it operates independently and receives no direct funding from the Diocese. Thus, it relies on the generosity of the parishes within the Diocese for financial support. This year our Parish will hold Lifesaver Sunday on April 23-24.
